specialization 的词源

1831年，“专业化的过程，分化的状态”，这个名词来源于 specialize。在生物学中，“适应特定功能”的意义出现于1862年。在科学及科学教育领域，指“将时间和精力专注于某一特定方向，排除其他可能性”，这一用法在1880年左右开始流行。
